Can I add more than one child?
Yes. One membership includes up to 3 children at no extra cost, each with their own profile and personalized experience.
Is the reading assessment required?
No. It helps establish your child's starting point, but you can skip it and complete it later.
What happens after the 7-day free trial?
You get the full PELE experience at no cost during the trial. To continue, you choose a plan and enter your payment details. No credit card is required to start the trial.
When will I be charged?
Nothing during the trial. You're charged only when you choose a paid plan after it: $19.99/month on monthly, or $192/year on annual.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your parent dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing, and access continues until the end of your paid period.
Can I switch between monthly and annual later?
Yes. You can switch plans from your account, taking effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is PELE a replacement for a tutor or reading specialist?
No. PELE is structured at-home reading practice, a complement to, not a replacement for, professional assessment or specialized instruction when needed.
